使用程序

  1. 登入後， 可以瀏覽https://epluscharging.com/sites/852/20001/ ， 查看當前充電車位使用情況。
  2. 在保安員核實車輛登記資訊後， 將發放 ”綠色入閘証” 及 “時租停車票”。
  3. 必須使用場內的免費無線網絡: Epluscharging_Guest連接互聯網， 才能啟動充電。
  4. 插上充電插槍後，掃描充電器上的二維碼QR Code，進入充電選項頁面。
  5. 選擇 ”同意啟動充電” 。
  6. 當完成網上付款，會開始啟動充電。
  7. 當充電完成後， 請前往屋苑管理處處理泊車費用事宜。
  8. 完成後便可以離開。

注意事項及條款:

  1. 用戶必須配合嘉豐花園管理處有關泊車安排，如有任何爭議，會按一般程序處理。
  2. 如果充電車位正在被使用中，用戶須按照嘉豐花園管理處指示，在屋苑範圍外等候。
  3. 此條款及細則或因應個別情況而有所更改, 如有任何爭議, 希路能源有限公司保留更改優惠之最終決定權。

User Guidance

  1. After logging in, you can visit https://epluscharging.com/sites/852/20001/ to check the current status of charging space.
  2. A “Green Entry Pass” and “Hourly Parking Ticket” will be issued after the security guard verifies the vehicle registration information.
  3. You must be connected to the Internet using the free wireless network: Epluscharging_Guest in order to start charging.
  4. Plug the charger into the car and scan the QR code on the charger to access the page of charging options.
  5. Select “Agree to start charging”.
  6. When the online payment is completed, the EV charging starts.
  7. After charging, please go to the property management office to handle the parking fee.
  8. Finish the procedure and then leave.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Users must cooperate with the Richwood Park Property Management Office on the parking arrangement and any disputes will be handled in accordance with the normal procedures.
  2. If all charging spaces are in use, the user must wait outside the estate in accordance with the instructions of the Richwood Park Property Management Office.
  3. These terms and conditions are subject to change according to individual circumstances and in case of any dispute, Halo Energy Limited reserves the right of final decision to change the offer.
